Jeremy Crum founded 10Roof after more than two decades building a reputation as one of the most trusted technical talent partners in the country; helping both engineering and business leaders navigate critical hiring decisions.

10Roof was launched with the conviction that the best searches require someone who genuinely understands the work; the stack, the market, and the difference between a candidate who interviews well and one who executes. That technical fluency, paired with a 20 + year network spanning hyperscalers, Fortune 500 enterprises, and high-growth startups, is what we bring to every engagement.

Jeremy holds a degree in Leadership and Organization Studies from the University of Denver. He is deeply embedded in the Denver technology community; having sponsored and supported dozens of meetups, roundtables, and industry events over the years; and currently serves as Co-Coordinator of both Denver AI and the Human Centered AI meetup, two of the region's most active communities at the forefront of applied artificial intelligence.
